NEW INSURANCE AND PRODUCT LIABILITY PARTNER AT HEISSE KURSAWE EVERSHEDS COMES FROM LOVELLS MUNICH
In future Fabian Volz (39) will head the practice group Insurance and Product Liability as Partner at Heisse Kursawe Eversheds in Munich. Volz moves from Lovells where he practised as Counsel in the area of Product Liability, Product Safety as well as Insurance and Reinsurance.
Volz has more than 10 years of national and international experience. His industry focus is the automotive, supplier and electrical/electronic industry. He is further regularly instructed by insurers.
His areas of expertise complies of international insurance programs, third party liability and D & O insurance, coverage issues, reinsurance disputes and insurance mediation law. Volz further specialised in international product recalls and all aspects of product safety complaints like the implementation of the European standards, complaints with pre- and post marketing obligations of manufacturers and distributors of consumer products and product liability prevention. He also has a long standing experience in litigation and arbitration as well as in alternative dispute resolution.
Hands Fabian Volz contributes particularly useful know-how to the practice group. Heisse Kursawe Eversheds continued to expend its insurance capabilities in recent years. In addition to Volz, Dr. Volker Knoop joint the team as an Associate earlier this year.
