HEISSE KURSAWE EVERSHEDS CONTINUES TO STRENGTHEN ITS CORPORATE / M&A TEAM: AT THE BEGINNING OF JULY DR CHRISTOPHE SAMSON OF RÖDL & PARTNER JOINED THE MUNICH OFFICE 

From 2005 to 2008 Dr Christophe Samson worked as lawyer for the internationally operating lawyer"s office, tax consulting - and accountancy firm Rödl & Partner in Nuremburg, lastly as Associate Partner in the area corporate law and M&A. Dr Christophe Samson started his career with Beiten Burkhardt Mittl & Wegener and was part of a team which opened the first office of McDermott Will & Emery in Germany in 2002.

During his activity for Rödl & Partner Dr Christophe Samson was particularly responsible for building up the M&A practice. Together with the head of the legal department in the Baltic States he led the team which advised amongst others KanAm grundinvest in the acquisition of the largest shopping centre in the Baltic area. Dr Christophe Samson (together with Dr Oliver Schmitt) led the contract negotiations on behalf of STADA Arzneimittel AG, one of Germany"s leading generics producers, to purchase Hemofarm a.d., a Serbian group of companies.
